We’re Hiring – Station Manager

This is an opportunity for an enterprising, innovative go getter to be the Station Manager at PBA-FM community radio, in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.

Located in Salisbury, PBA-FM has been broadcasting for more than 40 years. This is an exciting opportunity to take PBA-FM into the future.

The successful candidate will have;

A proven record and skills in business development, leadership and management of a mainly volunteer workforce.
Community engagement experience.
Sales knowledge and ability.
The ability to drive cultural change.
A growth mindset, and;
Experience in radio.
Working knowledge of community broadcasting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position.
